Independence day- yet another year to feel happy in unison...! This year too i have infinite reasons to be happy and proud, like really! In between all the political and social news, I am super duper happy with India's performance at the Olympics 2012. So yes we have Mary Kom, the punching superhero of the country, then we have Sunita Williams wishing us all from the space this year and Lastly I have yet another reason to be proud of our country-The Indian Defence Forces, after all they are safeguarding the frontiers so that we all can sleep peacefully at our home! So here i am, bringing to you my colors of the 66th Independence Day...

Loved the post except the caricature of Gandhi. It appears to be a mock; an object of derison, than a Thanks. I would not reason with you but you could have either avoided or treated it with more respect.
ReplyDeleteWell i guess that is exactly what we all need in today's time, less communal critique and more acceptance to art. This illustration is by a renowned artist and yes the idea of putting it still remains the same, drama, interest and happy faces :)
