From the cake to brownies, the secret kitchen on Guiltybytes brings you 4 Easiest, tried and tested ways to make the scrumptious chocolate brownies. Chocolate is the flavor of the upcoming month(s), use this guide to bake the perfect brownies and gift your loved ones, a bite full of joy!
(Makes 16 pieces)
Ingredients-
200 g unsalted butter
200 gm dark chocolate, broken into pieces
1 cup sugar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup plain flour
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
Add on- Vanilla Ice-cream and melted chocolate
Method-
Preheat oven to 190 degree Celsius. Line a brownie pan/base/cake pan with butter and flour
Heat butter, chocolate and sugar in a saucepan over low heat stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Transfer to a bowl and set aside to cool slightly.
Add eggs and vanilla to chocolate mixture. Mix well. Stir flour and cocoa over chocolate mixture. Stir to combine
Pour brownie mixture into pan. Bake for 20 mins or until just set. Set aside to cool. Once cooled, life out. When cooled, slowly push them from the pan or cut into pieces.
Serve with vanilla ice cream and melted chocolate
