Kangana's Oops Moment On The Runway!

Even though she walked with great poise and elan in Madhur Bhandarkar's film "Fashion", but actress Kangana Ranaut was unable to move forward smoothly as the showstopper for designer Namrata Joshipura at the grand finale of Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week (WIFW) autumn-winter 2014.

Just after taking a few steps, one could notice her struggling with her gown created by Joshipura. After stumbling a few times, she slightly lifted her gown up with both hands to avoid herself from falling on the stage.

Nevertheless, she looked like a stunner on the head ramp and of course she posed comfortably for all the cameras!

Namrata Joshipura's collection at Wills India Fashion Week 2014 grand finale was electro-style with lots of oomph factor.

Miss Guilty Turns Designer!

Hi beautiful followers, readers and supporters. 2014 has been one the most exciting and exhausting year of my life. Those of you, who have been a part of my journey from the start know of all the major transitions that have happened and today I cant be more proud than to tell you all that yours truly has turned to designing for The Indian Spring!

I believe each one of us have a designer, a fashionista hidden in us. I mean being brought up in the fashion rich Indian household, you get to know of fabrics like brocade, tasser silk, cotton silk at a very early age, right girls? what I really mean is that we all have brainstormed with our boutique wali to get the most desirable outfit at one point of our lives. We drew the outfits the way we wanted and it all felt like an achievement. Well here I am, trying to wear another hat. Though I have to admit that I am still learning with my design team and that there is a long way to go, but here's the first capsule for you all. And yes, we are ready with our promises to be your only online global boutique that will lend you custom fit, varied designs, fabric options and much more. Lend me support by logging onto www.theindianspring.com and shop!

Here's How I decode the design bubble. What were the key design points and briefs.

- Idea is to make the ethnic wear all the more glamorous and chic
- Say yes to collar band or bandh gala for that sharp look
- Use colors that are in and that suit the Indian Skin tone beautifully
- Minimal is the 'IT' thing for Spring Summer
- Have a look that can have multiple accompaniments like dupattas, stoles, scarfs etc
- Ivory color pants to  go well with solid hues
- Summer is hitting up hence, Cotton Silk for fabric and brocade for pants is absolutely chic.

More from the collection that you can shop from The Indian Spring

p.s. This is just the beginning, stay tuned for more madness. :)

5 Facts About Atif Aslam You Dint Know!

Happiest Birthday my favorite singer of all times. People like Atif are the reason why music knows no boundaries, no religions, no countries at all! So on his birthday today, Miss Guilty brings to all it's Atif fans, (just like me) five facts you didn't know about him-

1. According to Atif, if he wasn't a singer, he would have been a  cricketer!

2. Atif left Jal because he wanted his brother to be the manager of the band. On the other hand, Goher’s brother also wanted to become the manager. This created disputes and consequently Atif left the band.

3. Before the release of his 1st album “Jal Pari” Gohar Mumtaz accused Atif of copying his own album’s name. Later then, Atif Aslam smartly changed the name of his album to “Jal Pari”. Jal’s and Jal Pari’s songs shared resemblance which also created copyright problems.

4. Atif Aslam’s on-stage rock star move is “The backward bend”. Notice him next time when you attend his concert.

5. Atif, whose love life was secret for so many years before he finally tied a knot with his now wife,Sarah Bharwana, met her about 12 years ago before finally saying I do! Atif, 30, and Sara were going around for seven years but managed to keep their courtship and marriage plans a secret.

But as they say, with so many accomplishments to his credit we think Atif Aslam has more than a million reasons to celebrate his birthday every year with or without controversies. Wink wink! So here’s wishing the supremely talented Atif a very happy birthday!

Okay so here are my top 3 pointers on how to pick the right style for your body-type-
