Sneak Peak into Adarsh Gill's Bridal Collection which is going to be showcased at India Bridal Fashion Week 2013 at The Grand, Vasant Kunj.
Designer Adarsh Gill is all set to make a comeback, showcasing ‘EVOLUTION-an ode to the contemporary Indian woman’ through her collection. "The collection is an inspiration from nature, art or even architecture. I have incorporated the use of flower motifs with geometric designs to create a exotic collection,” says, the designer.
Adarsh Gill, a couturier of International distinction and repute takes this beautiful thought forward. A master at her craft, upholding fashion aesthetics while staying true to the very essence of haute couture comes easy to her. The luxurious collection incorporates her mastery over traditional craftsmanship onto intricately patterned fabrics that range from chiffons, georgettes , lace & lame to taffeta’s and brocades.The globally evolved designer blends world influences into one fashion statement….The Indian bridal story conjures visions of royal opulence and muted extravagance. The collection of silhouettes range from short cocktail dresses, evening gowns, short and long jackets, bustiers & bodices which enhance the feminine form. Deft use of intricate embroideries on bridal Lehngas, Sari’s and Kurta’s are a testimony to our rich Indian heritage and is cleverly blended with avant -garde techniques in a unique fashion. Rich jewel colors in bright yellow, orange, emerald green, royal blue, burgundy and red add to the entire bridal look so essential to the Indian trousseau.
